Note:  Discs sent to us are assumed to be not 100% playable or are damaged and are currently not playable at all.  The Disc repair shop will try what we can to restore the disc to playability but cannot guarantee that all scratches will be gone and/or that the disc will work.  Some damage may be microscopic and is virtually impossible to repair. By removing the play-side scratches, other damage may become visible and is likely non-repairable. We may discover this permanent damage after removing the scratches.  We are not responsible for discs lost or damaged during shipping.
